10 mins of inactivity in Supplier portal triggers a warning message that the system will timeout and unsaved data would be lost. Users have an option to click on “Extend” button to continue working with the portal. If this warning message is left unattended for another 5 minutes, the portal logs out and any unsaved data will be lost. Users will need to login by providing user name and password to gain access to portal features.
