– The rules for all passwords are as follows:
– The new password must have 8-20 characters
– The password for all user types must contain characters from the following four categories:
- Upper case alpha characters (A through Z)
- Lower case alpha characters (a through z)
- Numeric characters (0 through 9)
- Non-alphanumeric characters (such as !,$,#,%), when supported by the technology
