Once an RFQ is published, selected suppliers receive two email notifications from MeRLIN:
- First Email: Contains high-level details such as the RFQ ID.
- Second Email: Includes the RFQ number, a brief name, and a direct link to the Statement of Work. This is Sent individually to each supplier with the buyer in CC.

Second Email: Respond to SOW

Note: The Suppliers can also respond to SoW via the RFQ amendment email. Once the buyer makes amendments to the existing RFQ, the supplier will receive an email with the details of the amendment and a link to respond to the SoW.

If there is any amendment made to the RFQ, the supplier is notified using the email and the supplier can take action as required.
